Corelyzer main framework

  • CML updates: specifying version="1.0", for using meters in sections/annotations location specification instead of pixels. More CML updated details please see here and here (Thanks to Chris Jenkins contributions).
  • Better XML output formatting. Fix some XML loading glitches.
  • StateLoader will looking for files relative starting from the session file's location, before try remote.
  • Fix CML/cml (upper, lower case extension) handling
  • Fix graph plotting scissoring bug when graph block is outside current view
  • Update DataImport options and ui. Users can select sect_depth or accum_depth, and field separator(tab, comma, space). And if accum_depth is selected, it will auto-sectionize the whole dataset into section tables. 300 samples per section which loads faster than one huge table with all sample values.
  • Fix bug when assign screen DPI values other than 72dpi (used for annotation markers).
  • Add 'clast' and 'Sample Request' structured input forms annotations. Watch here and here. The result of 'clast' annotations could be output as a Microsoft Excel file or a CSV file. 'Sample Request' needs to hook up with back-end database in individual project workflow.
  • Add auto-saving session file history. Last session will be saved automatically and each session will be timestamped and saved every minute.
  • Add anti-aliasing graph plotting, update annotation marker icons.
  • Thanks to Frank Krysiak, DIS system has an Exporter Module for Corelyzer now!
  • Upgrade jogl to 1.1.0 (Apr 22, 2007)
