The Stratigraphy data has five different types of biostratigraphic and paleomagnetic age control data.

  • foraminifera
  • nannofossils
  • diatoms
  • radiolaria
  • paleomagnetic

The file is written as ASCII text.

The Stratigraphy data format is as follows:

datum name, label, age top, age bottom, leg, site, hole, core number, section type, section number, interval, mbsf, leg, site, hole, core, sec type, sec no, interval, mbsf
* mbsf : meters below seafloor

B_P._finalis P1 1.4 1.4	154 926 A 7 H 4 70 56.70 154 926 A 7 H 5 70 58.20

It defines age at that depth range in core.

P1, age of the range from 926 A, Core 7 at 56.70 to 926 A, Core 7 at 58.20 is 1.4.

Here is the Stratigraphy data.
