Using Core Archive

The first way to get a sample dataset for Corelyzer is download a Core Archive package file. Example core images and XML data for IODP hole C of sites 1218 have been processed and bundled. The data is available in Core Archive (.car) form. It can be downloaded from the [CoreWall Download] page.

Using Janus via Chronos plugin

The second way to load core images, if you have a decent network connection is using the "Janus via Chronos" plugin in the "Plugins" menu. Type in a site number (for example 1220), and click search. A list of available core images will be displayed in the middle table. You can check the core images that you want, and click "Load Sections" to download and load core images into Corelyzer.
